When Fuuka hit her second year of middle school, puberty kicked in. Now she's really tall and has huge boobs. Due to her hairstyle, her classmates call her "Saipu", after the cyclops. Her affection for her older brother was cute when she was a little girl and said she wanted to marry him. Now it just freaks him out, since she's decided she's adult enough to follow through on her childish promises. (Source: MU)

this review will be super short or just straight up short otherwise let get into it Story: really the story is really nothing to look at really just a sister who likes her brother nothing really story driven either that's like really the whole anime or the story pre say Art: art is pretty good probably really only good thing about it Sound: there is no OP and or ED song only the characters voices which are pretty good Character: Hikaru is the brother of the main girl and what not the chill and also shy bother aswell. Fukka is the sister and well she is pretty much luckygo happy and also likes her brother. Enjoyment: honestly the comedy that was there was decent at best but the blood jokes from the noes thing are like ramped with the brother which doesn't bother otherwise get ready for alot of ecchi and also undertones of ecchi Overall: it gets a 5 from me the comedy is decent at best honestly if this was a 23 or even a 24 min anime honestly this would have gotten a 7 or even 8 out of me if it was full length and what not but yeah only 2min otherwise worth a watch if u just wanna kill some time

Saipuuuuuuu is a short, comic-strip like web release about a pretty girl named Saipuu and the ridiculous nature of her crush for her older brother. This should only be watched as an ecchi comic with virtually no story line or character development. Not that it's very long, each episode lasts between two to four minutes and that includes the overly-long BGM interludes between episode segments and "please stay tuned for the next episode" reminders. Kids under 14 will probably miss out on a few of the references (people who haven't experienced hentai may also miss a few). Overall, there's not much to this show; theonly thing I got was all the characters chanting "Saipuuuuuu!" stuck in my head. Animation: As a web release, this is probably similar to Haiyore Nyarlko (the first web release). If anything, it looks even more plain (and the male character even less palatable). The show uses extremely simplistic backgrounds and the characters look as if they are literally from your Sunday newspaper comics. Don't expect much in terms of animation of movements as well. The only thing that you'll see moving a lot is the blood from the brother's nose. Sound: There isn't much in terms of OPs/EDs. The BGM sort of fills the slots with a slightly suggestive opening track, an unbelievably annoying rising melody between episode segments, and an ending track that sounds like it's straight from a handheld dating sim. There aren't very many BGM pieces given the short length of the show but be prepared to hear certain tunes over and over again- and I don't mean the good kind of tunes. I'm quite surprised that Mai Nakahara agreed to the role of Saipuu, but in any case there isn't much character development going on so the voice work is less important than usual. Nothing out of the ordinary in this segment. Story: The entirety of this show is about our dear brother getting into ridiculous situations due to his sister's crush on him. She often pulls extremely seductive moves on him while acting all innocent like she doesn't know better. Though this quickly grows tiring, the director decided that abusing this pattern repeatedly throughout twelve episodes was a good use of the budget. Each tiny episode is further divided into miniscule segments that make Nichijou segments seem like they last an eternity. Each segment is pretty much self contained so don't expect much in terms of development of any kind. Character: Saipuu is an innocent and busty girl who likes her brother who is your typical, useless lead that doesn't do anything other than get morning wood and bleed a lot. The show does occasionally throw in some additional characters but they don't really contribute much to the mix. As mentioned before, expect some situational ecchi humor but no development. I'll bump up the score a bit since I can't really expect full character expositions considering the series length. Value: If you have absolutely nothing to do and have a bag of popcorn chicken ready, watch something else. I can't really recommend this to anyone other than closet perverts and softcore fanatics.
