let's start with the story of this masterpiece anime .. Sinbad is a young boy and the son of a famous merchant from Baghdad. Sinbad especially enjoys listening to the adventure stories of his uncle Ali who has brought Sinbad a strange speaking bird named Yasmina with him from his journeys. Sinbad joins his uncle and in hope of being a part of his uncle next adventure. After a giant whale attackes the boat, he ends up on a deserted island. Sinbad, who is separated from his uncle, begins the adventure alone with only Yasmina for company. When he returns home from his first adventures, hefinds to his shock that his parents are missing, since they have gone to find him and were apparently lost at sea. With no formal ties left at home in Bagdad, Sinbad sets out again in search for adventure. Throughout the series Sinbad journeys to different destinations together with Yasmina and his friends - Ali Baba and Aladdin. They encounter a number of strange creatures, including a giant bird, gigantic snakes, mermaids, genies, Lilliputians, and hostile magicians. He also meets several other characters and enacts stories featured in Arabian Nights, including the Forty Thieves, the stories of The Genie and the Merchant, or the Flying Horse. In the end, after Sinbad has vanquished the evil magicians coming after his life, all whom he loves rejoin Sinbad, including his lost parents and his uncle, who have been captured by a malevolent supreme sorcerer Characters : Sinbad - The hero of the series. Sinbad is a young boy from Baghdad who decided to be adventurous as his uncle in order to became known as an adventurer and a merchant. Yasmina - A speaking bird given to Sinbad by his seafaring uncle. It later turns out that she is actually a princess cursed into the form of a bird by a malevolent sorcerer. At the end of the series, she is restored to human form and reunited with her parents. Ali Baba - A good friend of Sinbad and Aladdin. A former desert raider and daring adventurer who was abandoned by his band after he had a change of heart and subsequently joins Sinbad on his adventures. He is very good with using a dagger and ropes. Sinbad first encountered Ali Baba in Episode 19. Aladdin - A wise and elderly man. The original finder of the Genie's lamp, he fell upon hard times when his wealth attracted hostile forces and so had to make a living as a ferryman in Egypt. After Sinbad helps him in Episode 23 against a plagueish river genie asking riddles of everyone crossing his section of the Nile, Aladdin joins Sinbad on his adventures. Hassan - A poor young street boy who is Sinbad's best friend in Bagdad, despite his low social status. He works as a water seller in the streets and has three pesky, pre-adolescent brothers. my opinion i really enjoyed this series just give it a shot .
