Doctor Shameless is a light, comedy style H-anime, in which our hero, Dr. Ishida, uses his medical exam prowess to score with women (and save the hospital with their money). It's alright to touch and prod and explore, he is a doctor after all! Using his good bedside manners and professional approach, the Doctor is able to get his female patients to relax, let their guard down and ultimately enjoy themselves. Unlike so many hentai with a medical theme, there is no forced sex, no humiliation, and nothing outrightdisgusting about this story. There is a bit of comedic content throughout and I found myself enjoying the story a lot more than I thought I would. The animation style is not bad, it has aged a bit and is a bit dark at times, but the overall artwork is well done and easy to watch. The music is done well and does a good job of enhancing the overall mood, and the voice acting fits well with the story. Overall this is a good watch and worth checking out.

Aww Doctor Shameless. A story to remember. This hentai was well thought out, and kept me watching till the very end. The girls where all cute. the idea of a shameless doctor was brilliant! the wife on top of her daughter part I could still remember even after five years. Awww I'll tell you this though if a doctor like that got near my children I would shoot him in the leg, and happily served jail time for it. If i still lived in Texas, or Arizona I probably would have got away with it. i'm happy to say. There was no rape, but there wassome pee.
