i'm still amazed on how japanese people are able to reasoning and prove, that is possible to overflow the audience with such immense and various emotions, only in a few minute anime. Honey Tokyo was, in fact, created by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government in order to promote the city. the story emerges around a humanoid named Honey, she came from a distant future, hoping to find long lost happiness. alongside with Takeru, a human whom Honey chooses to try and save an endangered future, she begins to grasp pieces of happiness from nature, the art and culture and the tradition of Tokyo. life and lusterare about to disappear, and it is when Takeru tries to convince Honey to change the purpose of her mission. Honey Tokyo suggests that we, in the present day, have the will and power to change and preserve a far-off and brilliant Tokyo future. the 11-minute anime covers everything from history, city attractions, the famous crossing in Shibuya, museums, aquariums, the zoo, nature, Kabuki tradition, sports, to fashion and of course japanese food. the animation is well conceived and enhances the lines of the city greatly. images of real people walking around Tokyo are displayed as well, giving you that tangible sensation. amazingly, you can also encounter that slice of life love meet between the characters. Noto Mamiko voices the role of Honey with her majestic voice, which is a pleasant appealing on to buy your ticket and enjoy this beautiful journey.
