Between pastel matte paints and aquarelle drafts, this spellbinding musical story places characters into a impressionnist perspective where ill-defined expressiveness of designs fade in favor of a wild waltz of colors depicting emotions. It ranges from the rainbow stains shaping blooming amorous sentiments to the bright, aggressive red representing mocking anger. Paint, by itself, becomes the medium of main character's struggle for self-expression, which engulfs titular show's couple in its course. With paintbrush used as tool of harmony, the indoor scenery is panning in a smooth, heartfelt orgy of pinkish lilac. It emphasizes beautifully up one relationship takes as it goes through motion. Used asthe warlike tool of dispute, it dries up pulsating creativeness into the grey anthracite of depression... Everything blends in perfect terms to illustrate that love/self hatred story, well aided by the raucous and yet oddly tender voice of Amazarashi... All in all, it's a much recommended addition if you enjoy melancholic accoustic songs.
